The story of 昭

昭 is composed of 日(the sun) and 召, the original form of 召 is the picture of two hands holding a spoon and taking up wine from a wine bottle to a bowl, depicts master(most likely an emperor) serving his guest(most likely the feudal barons) in ancient China. China valued etiquette in the past, while serving a guest had certain etiquette, every step needed to be obvious and clear, as brightened by the sunlight. Or, the relation between the emperor and the feudal barons is shiny as the sun as no craftiness nor calculation.
