brain

腦 is composed of the BuShou of 肉(meat), 巛 and 囟. 巛 is the picture of river, while 囟 is the picture of a skull, so 腦 is used to represent brain, a liquid 'meat' inside the skull. On the other hand, 巛 can also represent our unstoppable train of thought.
