㐄 is the picture of a foot pointing downwards, which can be seen as the upside-down variant of 止(stop). Now we won’t use 㐄 independently, it is only used as the component of the other HanZi. In addition, 㐄 is also the reversed variant of 夊, which represent both left and right feet respectively.
