Grasp the Bird's tail - Push: Demo and Brief

Continued from the forth posture of 'Grasp the Bird's tail'(攬雀尾), 'Press'(擠勢).
This is the fifth and last posture of 'Grasp the Bird's tail'. Place your mass at the left when sitting back. When withdrawing your palms, move by your shoulders and the orbit should be a horizontal circle. Relax both waist and pelvis, sink your shoulders and arms when pushing, the force must come from your pelvis, not shoulders and arms.
'Grasp the Bird's tail'(攬雀尾) finished, follows by 'Single whip'(單鞭).
