Continued from the third posture of 'Grasp the Bird's tail'(攬雀尾), 'Roll Back'(右膨勢).
This is the forth posture of 'Grasp the Bird's tail'. Move by waist when turning right, in stead of moving your arms. Place your left hand behind your right wrist before pushing, don’t be rush.
Followed by the last posture of 'Grasp the Bird's tail', 'Push'(按勢).
