Grasp the Bird's tail - Roll Back: Demo and Brief

Continued from the second posture of 'Grasp the Bird's tail'(攬雀尾), 'Right Ward'(右膨勢).
This is the third posture of 'Grasp the Bird's tail'. Relax and lower your elbows and shoulders when doing hold and pick, don’t lean forward. Move by waist when rolling left, in stead of moving your arms.
Followed by the forth posture of 'Grasp the Bird's tail', 'Push'(擠勢).
